I liked that this top provides more coverage than average, but it was a bit looser than expected and the material is quite thick and heavy. I wouldn't want to wear it for hot yoga as its especially heavy when wet (i.e. after washing and hanging to dry). It should be fine for hiking or running and maybe the gym if you aren't sweating buckets. Also, I wanted to like the rouching, but it feels like to clings to my stomach a bit even though mine is mostly flat. Just make sure you walk around in it a bit a home before deciding whether or not to keep it. I am taller, so maybe it just hits my hips and abdomen a bit weird.
